As personal trainers, we specialize in Weight Loss, Lifestyle and Nutrition Coaching, Sports Performance, Muscle Gain, Corrective Exercise (helping poor posture, problem knees, shoulders and other joints, post-rehabilitation training, etc...), and Core and Functional Strength Training. Holm Studio Personal Training also trains special populations, including Pre-Natal, Youth, Elderly, and even people with conditions such as fibromyalgia, multiple sclerosis and arthritis.
Owner Josh Holm and personal trainers Julie Orna, Phil DeMonte, and Janna Sobol have over 50 years of combined experience in personal training and are all certified National Academy of Sports Medicine specialists. We use our personal training knowledge to create individualized program design through an in-depth assessment process that includes goal-setting, postural assessment, gait analysis and medical & exercise history.
