At Holm Studio Personal Training, we invite you to experience our outstanding service and personal attention in a clean, distinctive and private environment. Holm Studio offers individual and partner training as well as massage services. We also have small group classes (up to 4 participants) such as Bootcamps, Kick-Boxing, 5k Training, and even a Flexibility Class.

We specialize in Weight Loss, Lifestyle and Nutrition Coaching, Sports Performance, Muscle Gain, Corrective Exercise (helping poor posture, problem knees, shoulders and other joints, post-rehabilitation training, etc...), and Core and Functional Strength Training. We also train special populations, including Pre-Natal, Youth, Elderly, and even people with conditions such as fibromyalgia, multiple sclerosis and arthritis.

Owner Josh Holm and personal trainers Julie Orna, Phil DeMonte, and Janna Sobol have over 50 years of combined experience in personal training and are all certified National Academy of Sports Medicine specialists. We use our knowledge to create individualized program design through an in-depth assessment process that includes goal-setting, postural assessment, gait analysis and medical & exercise history.
